An invitation from the creator of claude-mem

Help build the way
teams remember.

Already using claude-mem? Work with Alex to shape TeamBrain around the way your team actually works.

Let’s talk about your team.

I want TeamBrain to grow out of real workflows. Where do you repeat yourself? What gets lost between people? What would make the next person’s job easier?

I’ll work directly with your team, listen in group and individual conversations, and help choose a useful place to start. Your experience will help decide what we build next.

You bring the work. I’ll bring the questions, the setup help, and a direct line to the product.

Start a conversation

We’re looking for
teams like this.

You already use claude-mem and want an early role in shaping what comes next.

See what TeamBrain is about
  • You have real work to bring.

Active projects and specific moments where memory helps, falls short, or could help someone else.

  • Someone can champion the pilot.

A person to coordinate participants and keep our work connected to what the team does every day.

  • You can make time to shape it.

A group call, a few individual conversations, and honest feedback as you try the agreed pilot.

The first month,
working together.

From understanding your team to trying the pilot on the work that matters.

  1. Together

Start with your team’s real work.

A group kickoff with Alex maps your tools, projects, and the moments when useful context gets lost.

Choose a useful problem to work on.

  2. Individually

    Make room for every perspective.

A few focused interviews uncover different needs, habits, and handoffs. The people doing the work help set the priorities.

    Hear what each person needs.

  3. In your workflow

    Put the pilot to work.

Agree the scope, connect supported tools, and try a small set of real tasks. Your feedback helps shape the next iteration.

    Learn from actual use, together.

  4. After 30 days

    Review what changed.

Look at what helped, what still gets in the way, and where to go next. You leave with a written summary and an agreed next step.

Decide where the pilot goes next.

We ask each participant before recording a conversation. Notes are an option too, and we agree how interview material will be used.

Before you join.

What will our team get access to?

You’ll help shape TeamBrain and try the capabilities agreed for your pilot as they become available. Shared team memory and access controls are in development. Individual cloud sync is available today through CMEM Pro.

How do seats and pricing work?

We agree the participating seats, onboarding scope, and pilot price on a fit call. You’ll have those terms before deciding to join. Your existing AI tool subscriptions remain separate.

What happens to our interviews and company name?

Interviews help us understand your needs. We agree recording, access, and use of the material before we begin. Public use of your name, logo, or quotes requires separate permission.

Does applying reserve a place?

We start with a fit conversation. If the pilot makes sense for both sides, we agree the scope and enroll your team. Applying does not reserve a place or start a subscription.

Let’s meet your team

What would you
want it to remember?

Tell Alex how you use claude-mem, who would join the pilot, and one thing you’d like to make better.
