Plain-language terms for using cmem cloud while it is in early access. The open-source claude-mem engine is covered by its own license on GitHub.
The service. cmem cloud is an early-access service that syncs your claude-mem memory and serves it back through a private MCP link. Access is offered at no cost during early access. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued while we are still building it.
Acceptable use. Use cmem for your own lawful work. Do not use it to store unlawful content, abuse the service, or attempt to access another person’s memory or MCP link.
No warranties. cmem cloud is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your synced memory safe, but you are responsible for your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the early-access service.
The open-source engine. claude-mem itself is open source. Your use of the engine is governed by its license in the GitHub repository, not by these cloud terms.
